The Valley Baseball League All Star Game will be hosted this year on Sunday, July 8 by the Front Royal Cardinals at Bing Crosby Stadium, game time 7:30 p.m. The game will be broadcast via the internet. Manager Bob Wease will be the Head Coach of the Southern Division All-Stars accompanied by six of his TURK players: Robert Taylor, junior from Arkansas Little-Rock U. is leading the VBL with a .426 BA in 43 AB, 6 runs 23 hits 3 doubles 2 home runs and 9 RBIs. B.J. Wheeler, freshman from Clarendon College – .301 BA in 83 AB, 18 runs 25 hits 4 doubles 4 home runs and 14 RBIs. David Dennis, junior from Oklahoma City U. – .287 BA in 87 AB, 12 runs 25 hits 7 doubles 1 home run and 14 RBIs.
