Photo by Troy U. In Troy University’s conference weekend opener against Florida Atlantic, SS Adam Bryant added to his strong overall hitting and fielding percentages. Friday March 12th, Bryant hit a homerun into left field, batting in 3 runs. Although, the Trojans lost 13-8, Bryant had a .415 average. Bryant totaled 1 run, 1 hit, 4 RBI’s, 2 PO and 4 assists. Saturday March 13th, Bryant hit another homerun into left field, earning a .391 average. Bryant had 1 run, 1 hit, 1 RBI, 1 BB and 9 assists. The Trojans lost 5-4 in 11 innings but came out on top on Sunday 10-6 placing their conference record at 1-2. Overall, Bryant has a .740 slugging percentage with 15 R, 18 H, 4 doubles, 5 HR, and 15 RBIs. Bryant also has a 1.000 fielding percentage with 28 PO and 41 assists.
