The Turks congratulate the Southern Division Winner, the Charlottesville Tom Sox, for winning their first VBL Championship and the Jim Lineweaver Trophy with a 2-1 victory over the Strasburg Express. The Tom Sox had a great 32-10 regular season record and a 38-11 overall record. They accomplished this in their third year of being a member of the Valley Baseball League.
