A Trio of Jackets to Swarm to Harrisonburg

The Turks are excited to welcome three Georgia Tech players to Harrisonburg this summer. Three freshmen Michael Guldberg, Jake Brace and Joseph Mannelly will follow a long list of former Yellow Jackets that have done an outstanding job for the Turks over the years.

Michael Guldberg
, a 6’0″ 175 pound outfielder from Marietta, GA has an impressive baseball resume to bring with him to Georgia Tech. Be sure to read his bio about his accomplishments as a young player. Since the spring season has opened Guldberg has had 4 at bats, scored 2 runs, with 2 hits, 1 home run, 3 RBI’s, with a 1.25 slugging percentage and .500 on-base percentage.

Jake Brace
, a 5′ 11″ 190 pound right-hand pitcher from Suwanee, GA and Joseph Mannelly, a 6’3″ 218 pound left-hand pitcher from Atlanta, GA will join the Turks pitching staff. The freshmen are young and the season is too. Brace has yet to take the mound for the Yellow Jackets while Mannelly has gotten the call once, pitching one inning with one strike out.

The Turks have enjoyed their great relationship with Coach Danny Hall and wish him, his staff, and the 2018 Yellow Jackets a  successful season.
