Turks Tidbits WALNUT CREEK, CALIF. – It was announced today by Pac-10 Commissioner Tom Hansen that 2005 Harrisonburg Turk, junior infielder Brett Munster of the U. of Cal-Berkeley Golden Bears’ was named to the First Team Pac-10 All Academic Team. Munster posts a 3.41 GPA in mass communications. Brett was also a honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic selection last season. Second-team All-Academic honorees from Cal went to 2005 Turks junior right-hander Michael Cooper appearances. The Turks congratulate these two fine young men and wish them continued success in their futures. They have proven their talents both on and off the field.
