HARRISONBURG – Justin Camp pitched a complete-game one-hitter and third baseman Thomas Smith went 3-for-3 at the plate with a double as Harrisonburg blanked Staunton 4-0 in a Valley League baseball game Tuesday night at Veterans Memorial Park.

The Turks improved to 4-3; the Braves fell to 5-3.

Center fielder Quinn Bower broke up the no-hitter with a leadoff single in the third inning.

Camp (2-0, 0.54 ERA), a junior right-hander from Auburn University, struck out eight batters and issued three walks while throwing 73 of his 119 pitches for strikes.

Shortstop Robert Perucki went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run for Harrisonburg.
