A different Turks player continues to step up every week, and this week it was Trevor Craport. There were just three games played this past week, but Craport made the most out of them, going 5-for-13 for a .385 average, and racking up four RBI’s, the only Turk with more than one this week.
Craport also stole two bases, had a double and a triple, and led the team with a .615 slugging percentage. His hitting was especially timely against Covington on the road, when a two-RBI double extended the Turks lead from one to three, a lead the Lumberjacks would not recover from. Congratulations on the great week, Trevor!
