HARRISONBURG, VA – The Harrisonburg Turks have released their 2022 schedule following the release of the Valley Baseball League schedule opening on Thursday, June 2.

The Turks will play 42 games, including 21 home games. The Turks will open the season at home, on Friday, June 3 against the Charlottesville Tom Sox. All home games are played at James Madison University Veterans Memorial Stadium. Regular game time is 7:30 pm with doubleheaders starting at 5:30.

The Turks will be hosting three doubleheaders at home on Sunday, June 12 against Strasburg, Sunday, June 9 against Winchester, and Sunday, July 10 against Woodstock. They will also play three doubleheaders away traveling on Sunday, June  26 to Purcellville, on Sunday, July 3 to Front Royal, and then Saturday, July 16 to New Market. 

The 2022 Valley Baseball League All-Star Game will be played on Sunday, July 17 in Front Royal at Bing Crosby Stadium
where the North All-Stars will host the South All-Stars. The VBL Playoffs are scheduled to begin on Sunday, July 24 after the regular season concludes and all rained-out games have been made up.
