On June 30th, the TURKS managed to put away the Generals after an amazing comeback in the ninth tying the game at 6-6. On July 1st, the Generals fell to the TURKS 4-0. Cliff Pennington and Jeff Van Houten were both 3 for 4 for the night. E.J. Shanks pitched 7 innings of scoreless baseball tallying 2 hits and 7 strike outs. Grant Hansen closed the game with 2 hits and 4 strike outs.
