Ryan Rachal is hitting .550 with two home runs and 10 RBIs so far this year. OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City outfielder Ryan Rachal has been named Sooner Athletic Conference baseball player of the week for Feb. 5-11. He is the first honoree of the season. Rachal, a senior from Norman, Okla., had a slugging percentage of 1.308 in leading the Stars to a 5-0 week with four wins over Dana (Neb.) and one over Avila (Mo.). He hit .615 for the week (8-of-13) with 11 runs, two doubles, two triples and a home run. He had five RBIs on the week. The fourth-ranked Stars face Bellevue (Neb.) at 2 p.m. Friday at Jim Wade Stadium.
