07/07/2011 – Turks Tidbits

The roster and schedule of events for the 2011 Mid Atlantic Classic; Valley Baseball League All-Stars vs the Cal Ripken All-Stars has been released from the VBL News Room. The game will be hosted by the Valley Baseball League and the Harrisonburg Turks and played on Monday, July 11th at James Madison Universitys’ Veterans Memorial Park.

Congratulations to six Harrisonburg Turks that were named to the roster of All-Stars; 2B Sam Dove (GA Tech), OF Dodson McPherson (Wingate), OF Mac Williamson (Wake Forest), and RHP Aaron Luchterhand, RHP Eric Meyerchick, and RHP Pat Christensen. Congratulations to these deserving Harrisonburg Turks!
