2013 Turk RHP Adam Boghosian (UNC Greensboro transferred to North Greenville University) continues to shine both on and off the field. Boghosian has a .084 ERA in 10.1 innings pitched. The red-shirt senior has given up 5 hits, 4 runs, 1 earned run, 8 walks and fanned 9 strike outs. He has a 1-1 record for the season for the Crusaders. Boghosian throws a 95 mph fastball which will hopefully get him noticed by Major League Baseball. However, this young student athlete has even more going for him and that’s his outstanding character that drives him to take great efforts in fighting a disease that he’s had his whole life and effects millions of people.  Bogo has Type 1 Diabetes and has worked hard to fight this disease.
