Turks fans, we’ve been working hard planning exciting events for you to enjoy at our home games this season. We have five PACK THE PARK NIGHTS granting FREE ADMISSION to the whole family when you bring the sponsor coupon from the Daily News-Record Sports Section! These typically appear on the day before the game. You also have another FREE ADMISSION night when you pick up free tickets at any DuPont Community Credit Union in Harrisonburg. MedExpress is excited once again to sponsor our “Friday Family Fun Nights” with special activities from 7:00-8:00 for children. Come out and enjoy some face painting, a baseball toss, cornhole, Turks photo opportunities, bubble blowing, and who knows what else??? (We like to mix things up a bit, so it’s not always exactly the same!)
We continue our Pack the Pews Youth Sunday nights. CHURCH YOUTH GROUPS accompanied by their Pastor or Youth Minister receive FREE ADMISSION to our three Sunday night games. Fans, don’t miss out on a chance for free admission on Turkey Tuesday Nights. All you have to do is use a little imagination and come dressed as a “Turkey” and enjoy the game free of charge, compliments of the “Turks”.
Other special friends of the Turks that are amazingly generous to our fans are Luray Caverns and Chick-fil-A. On Wednesday, June 6th and Thursday, July 19th, be one of the first 100 fans at Veterans Memorial Park and receive a free ticket to Luray Caverns. That’s right folks … a free ticket to visit one of the world’s most amazing sites, right here in our beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Then you definitely don’t want to miss Chick-fil-A Night on Friday, June 15th. The Cow and a few of his friends will be here to greet the first 100 fans with a free chicken sandwich!
We also have a few Community Outreach Nights where the Turks take the opportunity to give back and show some appreciation for what these groups do in our town. We encourage all Harrisonburg area students who participated in the DARE Program to come out on Monday, June 11th as our free guest with one paying adult. DARE Officer Gangloff will be there with some of his HPD friends to greet you. VA State Police will also be there providing great information on Internet Safety. Parents and Grandparents, be sure to stop by their table and pick up useful tips on how to monitor your child’s internet activity.
On Wednesday, June 27th it’s United Way Night. Our friends at UW will be sending out invitations to all of their agencies, participants, volunteers, and sponsors to come to the game as our guest by presenting the invite or wearing their UW t-shirt.

Come out and enjoy a great evening of Valley Baseball League action with the Harrisonburg Turks at JMU Veterans Memorial Park. Home games start at 7:30 pm, but come out early to enjoy the activities, and maybe even dinner from the Turks concessions stand!
