University of Texas Longhorn infielder Bryson Smith will be joining the Turks this summer. The redshirt junior transferred from Western Kentucky and had to sit out the 2018 season due to NCAA rules.  In 2017 at Western Kentucky Smith appeared in 40 games, and started 25 of them. He hit .271 for the Hilltoppers and had one homer and drove in 4 runs. He started 23 of the final 24 games of the season at third. We are looking forward to having 6’0”, infielder, Bryson join our squad this summer!
