JMU Duke will be at Home Playing at the VET for the Turks

The Turks have added Josh Jones, a freshman infielder from James Madison University. Jones was named to the Colonial Athletic Association All-Rookie first team after a stellar freshman outing. Jones concluded his season with solid numbers across the board. He started all 49 games that he played in at shortstop, collecting a .296 batting average which is the second-highest on the team. Jones hit 11 doubles, second-highest on the team, and drew 21 walks. Jones stole 10 bases in 11 attempts. In the field Jones is solid with a .936 fielding percentage. Over the season, Jones received CAA Rookie of the Week honors twice on March 12 and May 21.

JMU finished their season 26-26 and just missing the CAA tournament.
