Tennessee Tech has filled their coaching staff with some familiar faces to the Turks. Head Coach Steve Smith coached the Baylor Bears for years and sent a lot of players to Harrisonburg. Assistant Coach Cooper Farris is very familiar with the Harrisonburg Turks having coached them from 1995-2000. Farris was head coach at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community Coach from 1989-2009 and was another pipeline for recruiting for the Turks.
The Turks welcome two Golden Eagles from Tennessee Tech to take the mound at Veterans Memorial Park.
